Corning Incorporated Foundation has long supported a variety of organizations
that serve a broad base of constituents. Included in this category are hospitals and hospices, community foundations, youth and women's centers, YMCAs,
local youth organizations, among others. Contributions to these organizations are intended
to create a lasting benefit that touches the entire community.
At a time when resources are increasingly in demand, the Foundation also looks to participate in projects where social responsibility can be shared with other "investors," rather than relying on the support of a single donor. By working together on projects that demonstrate broad appeal and local support, more benefit can be delivered to our communities.
